Q. I don't see the mover that I've selected on your roster. How do I proceed?
A. We're sorry but we only insure Quality Assured Movers. We suggest that you select a Quality Assured Mover in your area by using our Zip Code Lookup and ask them for a quotation. Just click on the Contact Mover button at the bottom of the QAM General Information Page.
Q. I will require storage at the destination. Is my shipment covered?
A. Yes, your shipment is covered while it is Stored In Transit at either origin or destination for up to 60 days total without additional charge.
Q. Can I cancel my Policy?
A. Insuramove will cancel a policy and return the amount paid through the credit card initially used, provided we receive written notification before the start of a move. (Before being defined as before the beginning of packing and/or loading.) Insuramove will apply a $50 cancellation fee to all cancelled policies.
Should the mover change to a non-qualified, non QAM, for any reason, Insuramove may either,
1) After review, approve the mover, or
2) Cancel the policy and return the premium paid. Refunds will be processed through the credit card initially used, and a $50.00 cancellation fee will apply.
Q. When will I receive my policy?
A. You will be able to download and print an insurance affidavit immediately upon completion of the purchase process.
